Whether it’s your personal or business life, good communication skills are the key to success. In order to be a great communicator you must be a great listener, this is most significant attribute to being great communicator.
Over my vast years of experience, I have found that being a great listener not only made me a better communicator it gave me an greater advantage over someone that loves to hear themselves talk, a bad communicator. Typically the talking head, or bad communicator, talks themselves in to a corner where there is no way out or even better yet, provided me with information they most likely would regret (a distinct advantage in business).
It’s not hard to be a great communicator you just need to stop, listen, and think. Most notably when communicating, be deliberate with your speech to communicate with precision and clarity.
